First identify the subject or area of the body being examined for diagnosis or research. Include the process by which the subject is being examined and highlight any clinically important features (location, extent, appearance of normal or abnormal features). Take care to note any callouts or arrows that highlight any diagnostically important features. Be sure to relate the medical context of why the subject being examined, rather than solely visual appearance.
